1. Deposit Policy The $5,000 deposit required to secure enrollment in The Founder Workforce Blueprint™ is non-refundable. This deposit confirms your reserved seat and ensures access to onboarding preparation materials.

2. Final Payment The remaining program balance must be paid by the required deadline prior to program start. Failure to complete payment may result in loss of enrollment without eligibility for refund of any amount already paid.

3. Program Start Commitment Once the program has commenced on November 17, 2025, all payments are considered earned and non-refundable due to the immediate delivery of program value and proprietary materials.

1. Scope of Services The Founder Workforce Blueprint™ is a 6-week consulting program focused on building operational workforce systems that support business scalability. The program includes weekly individual strategy sessions, weekly group sessions, structured deliverables, and access to digital resources.

2. Fees & Payment The total program fee is $10,000 USD. A $5,000 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure enrollment. The remaining balance of $5,000 USD must be paid on or before November 15, 2025.

3. Program Schedule & Participation The program will begin on November 17, 2025. The client agrees to participate fully in the program to achieve optimal results. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless agreed upon in advance.

4. Intellectual Property All content, materials, methodologies, and frameworks provided remain the intellectual property of The Pretium Consultants Group, Inc. and are licensed solely for internal business use. Redistribution or commercialization is prohibited.

5. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive information shared throughout the engagement. The Provider may only reference general results or case studies with written approval.

6. Termination & Refunds Client acknowledges and agrees to the Refund Policy associated with this Enrollment Agreement. If the client fails to complete payment obligations, access to the program may be revoked without reimbursement.

7. Limitation of LiabilityThe Pretium Consultants Group, Inc. provides strategic advisory support. Business decisions and outcomes are solely the responsibility of the client. Provider is not liable for direct or indirect business losses resulting from implementation.

8. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any legal actions will be adjudicated within Indiana jurisdiction.

9. Acceptance By signing this agreement and submitting the required payment, the client accepts all terms outlined herein and commits to the full program enrollment.

Participation includes weekly live sessions, group sessions, and access to structured program materials.

2. Enrollment & Payment A $5,000 deposit is required to secure enrollment. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the official Refund Policy for this program.

3. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to attend scheduled sessions, complete assigned program steps, and provide information required for customization and successful implementation. Results depend on client engagement and readiness to implement recommendations.

4. Intellectual Property All frameworks, tools, templates, methodologies, and instructional materials are owned exclusively by The Pretium Consultants Group, Inc. Internal business-use rights are granted; distribution or resale outside the organization is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality Both parties agree to protect the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information shared throughout the engagement. Any use of business information for case studies will only occur with written client consent.

6. Service Delivery Services are delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Pretium Consultants Group, Inc. may adjust scheduling or delivery methods as necessary with reasonable notice to the client.

7. Limitation of LiabilityThe program provides guidance and advisory services. Client business outcomes and decisions remain the responsibility of the client. The Pretium Consultants Group, Inc. is not responsible for financial, legal, or operational losses related to business implementation.

8. Termination Services may be discontinued if the client violates these Terms or disrupts delivery. Payments for completed or in-progress services are non-refundable. Any unpaid balances remain due at termination.

9. Governing Law & Venue This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings within Indiana jurisdiction.
