Refund Policy

Pretium Consultants Group, Inc. — Refund Policy

Overview

Pretium Consultants Group, Inc. ("Pretium," "PCG," or "the Company") is committed to delivering exceptional value through every product and service offered. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through pretium-inc.com, including workshops, masterclasses, consulting engagements, digital products, and any other goods or services sold by the Company.

Workshops and Masterclasses

Cancellations made 14 or more calendar days before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative processing fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 calendar days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future workshop of equal or lesser value, to be redeemed within 12 months of the original workshop date. Cancellations made fewer than 7 calendar days before the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund; however, participants may transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost by notifying Pretium in writing at least 48 hours before the event. No-shows on the day of the workshop forfeit the full registration fee and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

If Pretium cancels or reschedules a workshop for any reason, registered participants will receive the option of a full refund or automatic enrollment in the rescheduled session.

Consulting Engagements

Consulting services are billed according to the terms outlined in the individual service agreement signed prior to the start of work. The initial Discovery Call is provided at no charge and carries no financial obligation.

For engagements that have not yet commenced beyond the Discovery Call, clients may cancel and receive a full refund of any deposits paid, provided written notice is submitted within 7 calendar days of signing the service agreement. Once active work has begun — defined as the delivery of any audit findings, strategy documents, frameworks, or other deliverables — refunds are prorated based on the percentage of the engagement completed at the time of cancellation. Completed deliverables remain the property of the client regardless of cancellation.

Custom-built deliverables (including but not limited to employee handbooks, hiring systems, performance frameworks, and operational playbooks) that have been delivered in final form are non-refundable, as they represent completed intellectual work product tailored to the client's specifications.

Digital Products

All digital product purchases — including but not limited to The Founder's Complete Hiring System, downloadable templates, toolkits, and resource bundles — are eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the buyer has not downloaded, accessed, or utilized the materials. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is considered final and no refund will be issued.

If a digital product is found to contain material errors, missing content, or fails to match the description provided at the time of purchase, Pretium will either correct the issue and provide an updated version or issue a full refund at the buyer's discretion.

Subscription Services

Any recurring subscription services offered by Pretium may be cancelled at any time through the subscriber's account or by contacting Pretium directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for the remaining days of that cycle. Pretium does not offer partial-month refunds for subscription cancellations.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@pretium-inc.com and must include the full name of the purchaser, the date of purchase, the product or service in question, and the reason for the request. Pretium will acknowledge receipt of the request within 2 business days and will process approved refunds within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exceptions and Disputes

Pretium reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. In cases where a dispute arises, Pretium will make a good-faith effort to reach a resolution that is fair to both parties. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions outlined in the Company's Terms and Conditions.

Modifications to This Policy

Pretium reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Company's website and will apply to all purchases made after the date of the update. The policy in effect at the time of a purchase governs that transaction.
